shed sorted

Mr Carr making sure the shelves are level. . .
the shed has had its ground levels sorted, the door is more or less square and everything is in. the floor has an extra brace to stop it giving way in the middle. thankfully the bike now gets in and out without having to move the hose and the seaweed bucket.
another expression for the shed is 'away to Gourock', you need to have a Scottish accent to use it to its best and be over a certain age to have any idea what it means.

Lovely to have it all sorted away, isn't it? You're lucky to have a Mr. Carr.

Good heavens! That is impressive!

My poor husband is trying to sleep (computer is in the bedroom) and I keep exclaiming "OH! She got her shed fixed already?!?!?!" and things of that sort. He just keeps grunting a response here and there and is likely thinking "Will she SHUT UP!!?!?!?"

I am sure you are thrilled with it.

I am Scottish. At least 20% of me in fact, but I have never been. My great-great Grandparents (I think that was it) left there and started new in Canada. My niece has been to over 30 countries and has lived in 5 or so and says Scotland is her favourite by far! I would love to have the accent. It is one of my faves!!!

Now I am curious about what that expression means:)

Hi Claire,

That expression is a new one on me???

Your shed looks great!

I bought my car from a Ken Carr, so does that make my car a Ken Carr Car? Sorry just had to thrpw that in, and it's true.

I have been in the shed today several times, without falling over anything and found what I was looking for first time, ha, it won't last!!

I know only too well what you mean... Best to enjoy it fully while it does, eh, Claire?! ;-)

Very nice shed. My husband so wants one, but no room at our place. I am envious!

(love the photo of your cat under the "greenhouse" as well!)
